I finally made it to dinner there last night along with a fellow foodie whose birthday it was & boy, what a great experience we had! I'm nigerian & love the twist they add to traditional dishes. We left with our tongues tingling from the mix of various tastes & flavours. If you love hot pepper ask for their home-made extra hot sauce only brought out for special request. It was so delicious my mouth is watering even as I type! The service was friendly & warm & I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to all my friends & patronising it for more than just take-aways!

A very friendly, welcoming restaurant and art gallery run by the vivacious Antonio Perez. The food is delicate yet tasty and made with the best ingredients. Do visit while you can - the council is threatening to close Afrikan Kitchen because is damages the vitality of the area!
